Work culture is good but appraisal and promotions is bad here though it depends on project and your project lead but it is partial

Partiality on promotion and hikes you will not get any appreciation even after doing your whole work

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
