Only one thing is good there ,that prop. Of this firm firstly get work from you very politely and at the time of payment you will just get dates and fake reasons for delay

Dislikes

Not a single project is completed by them. There is always big dispute at the end of project with client and then no payments are released to vendors and workers. Every Contractor works with this firm seek in front of them for payments. No schedule for salary of workers.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
