You will find great colleagues here, real nice people, Accelya didnt fire a single employee during Covid period, the only way they fire you is if you are absolutely bad at work.

Its hell, work hours will drive you insane, your manager expects you to work from 10 in the morning to 12 in the night, most of it from office itself, avoid this company... forget about work life balance if you are ever ever onboarded. Only time you will ever be left alone is when you are on leave, Manager will prefer or rather force you to be ob leave than to be work from home. Its hopeless!!!

It's not the good company to join and begin career journey. There is lot of politics within the management. Behaviour of management is very rude. Job security is very poor...they fired the employees without any prior intimation. I worked there for 2 years however they haven't provided my variable pay whenever we asked their reply was our business is not running well hence we are not providing variable pay out. All the decisions makers are in onsite and Indian staff are always dominated, every senior people have dominating nature considering that they only know what is best. Back bitching from the senior people and negative support. Lot more….

It was great working here for last 5.5 years. Everyone is coperative and best place work here.
