Legacy technology. Communication from management with employees is very poor. You hardly know what's going on in company you work. Recognition and compensation is totally personalized. Manager does inform certain things to limited people, and their is lack of transparency. Their is huge mix of personal + professional in company culture. So you cannot predict things properly.
