My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. You will find great colleagues here, real nice people, Accelya didnt fire a single employee during Covid period, the only way they fire you is if you are absolutely bad at work.

Its hell, work hours will drive you insane, your manager expects you to work from 10 in the morning to 12 in the night, most of it from office itself, avoid this company... forget about work life balance if you are ever ever onboarded. Only time you will ever be left alone is when you are on leave, Manager will prefer or rather force you to be ob leave than to be work from home. Its hopeless!!!
