Sometimes, more rarely, last minute requests could come up internally, this is a relatively small thing, but these things are usually urgent or need dealing with quickly as someone needs the information urgently.

Excellent opportunities to grow and develop skills, both via training/certifications or real-world experience. Work is challenging but rewarding and the company has a good record of promoting worthy members of staff. Colleagues are friendly and collaborate excellently as a unit to get the work done.

Dislikes

Work/Life balance is excellent on a day-to-day basis, but bottlenecks in workloads occur and can be difficult to navigate. Company culture is very focused on work, as deviation from the day-to-day generally has a significant impact on your workload.
