Project Manager
Role Summary:
- As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and client requirements.
- You will manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- This role requires a blend of technical acumen and strong project management skills, including knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered while maintaining client satisfaction and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- SDLC Management: Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Project Planning: Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources required. Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, assess risks, and establish project objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, timelines, risk assessments, and post-mortem evaluations.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) or Waterfall checkpoints, ensuring project milestones are met according to the chosen methodology.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and proactively mitigate potential issues before they affect project delivery.
- Work closely with the client to understand business objectives and provide regular updates on project status and key deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback from stakeholders and implementing lessons learned for future projects.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and project management methodologies throughout the SDLC.
- Track project budgets and resources, ensuring that the project remains within scope and within allocated budget.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture insights and optimize future planning and execution.
