Mantra Labs - Senior Consultant - Presales (6-12 yrs)

Job Description:

- The Presales Consultant will work closely with Leadership, Finance, the Technology Team, Architects, Design, and Sales to create original and winning proposals for industry problems Mantra is solving.

- This person will be augmenting sales in the discovery of problems and opportunities potential clients are facing and take it conversion.

- Mantra being a lightweight and flat organization, the person is expected to be a self-starter and be willing to consult various departments with a singular goal of converting an opportunity to an account.

- Must have an understanding of Data, AI, Cloud, and Serverless/Microservices architectures.

- Manage RFI/RFP responses and work with sales, services, engineering, product, and finance teams to ensure on-time completion and delivery to clients.

- Work with stakeholders to create proposed architecture, storyboarding, and operating model for the proposal alongside a cross-functional team of SMEs, architects, PM, UI/UX, etc.

- Proactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, competitive landscape, solution blue prints, FAQs, meeting notes, etc.

- Transitions the deal to the delivery team post successful conversion explains the agreed scope and deliverables to the delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the software industry.

- Past experience of delivering an IT project in a mid/senior role.

- Experience working as a customer-facing Presales consultant/ Sales Engineer in creating/writing technical solution contents/technical proposals/conducting Demos/POC for an IT Services Organisation.

- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal) to demonstrate solution concepts via visual representations.

- Technology: Have some experience with QA/Coding/Business Analyst roles in earlier organizations.
