In this role, you will work with Banks & FIs in developing countries and craft Innovative unsecured Lending programs. You must possess a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality with extreme attention to detail. This role requires working with internal cross-functional teams and Clients for building Lending Solutions and taking them to Commercial Launch.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be a technical subject matter expert :
- You will be a techno functional expert on Unsecured Lending business and technology. This includes understanding the platform architecture, features and functions, Lending products and levers for driving lending business.
Product Messaging :
- Identify lending opportunities in Markets. Develop and own product positioning, segmentation, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate in the market
Product Roadmap :
- Work closely with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from customers, sales, and competitive offerings in multiple markets
- Market & Competitive Intelligence : Continuously monitor the market and assess the competition to gain a deep understanding of technology shifts and market needs.
- Collateral Generation : Develop, publish, and share technical content including white papers, blog posts, demos, videos, webinars, training, and tutorials
- Customer Engagement : Keep current on customer's product feedback and needs, challenges, and motivations to help develop additional messages/collateral
Presales & Solution Consultant:
- Be a functional consultant for Digital lending Solutions
- Proactively brainstorm or conduct innovation workshop with customers and prospects
- Engaging with customer before release of RFP for influencing technical specifications. Take end to end ownership from solution stitching, demo and technical bid defense and create winning proposals
- Respond to RFPs
- Conducting demos of innovative/disruptive solutions to customers
- Work with customers to scope and create best in class Digital Lending solutions
- Drive go live along with Delivery team as per plan and manage customer success
