We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager (Techno-Functional) to join our growing team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to deliver customized, innovative solutions to our clients while collaborating with sales and technical teams.

Position Overview:

- As the Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the business development process by combining your technical and functional expertise to understand customer requirements and craft innovative, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.

- Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective clients, creating proposals, and conducting technical presentations to effectively demonstrate how INTECH's solutions can address business needs and drive success.

- You will act as a liaison between the client and INTECH's technical team, providing insights into the technical and functional aspects of our solutions.

- With your vast experience, you will also mentor and guide the pre-sales team to ensure the success of complex, multi-faceted projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis:

- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their business challenges and technical needs.

- Conduct detailed requirement analysis to design optimal solutions that align with client goals and INTECH's service offerings.

- Engage in discovery sessions with clients to gather business, functional, and technical requirements.

Solution Design & Proposal Development:

- Develop customized, innovative, and scalable solutions that address both functional and technical needs.

- Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design a feasible solution that aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

- Prepare high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that communicate the value of INTECH's offerings.

Technical Presentations & Demos:

- Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, and PoCs (Proof of Concepts) to potential clients, showcasing INTECH's solutions and their capabilities.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand business terms for non technical stakeholders.

- Lead discussions around solution architecture, product capabilities, and integration strategies.

Sales Support & Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to define the solution strategy, pricing, and go-to-market approach for each opportunity.

- Collaborate with the sales team on client negotiations, addressing technical concerns and ensuring solutions meet client expectations.

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and expanding INTECH's footprint in target industries.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the technical liaison between clients and the internal technical team, ensuring that client requirements are well understood and executed.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term success and repeat business.

- Ensure smooth communication between sales, project management, and development teams.

Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing:

- Provide leadership and mentoring to the pre-sales team, guiding them on best practices in solution design, client engagement, and technical presentation.

- Stay updated on the latest technological trends and industry developments to ensure INTECH remains at the cutting edge.

- Continuously improve the pre-sales process by sharing knowledge and providing feedback to enhance team performance.

Bid Management & Solution Validation:

- Oversee the bid management process, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

- Ensure that the proposed solutions meet the client's business objectives, are technically feasible, and align with INTECH's delivery capabilities.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution design, or consulting roles in a technology driven environment.

- Strong experience in techno-functional roles, combining both technical understanding and business acumen.

- Proven track record of handling complex pre-sales cycles, particularly in Digital Transformation, ERP Services, Enterprise Application Development, or Data Science domains.

- Experience working in Logistics & Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, and E-commerce industries is a plus.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (PMP, TOGAF, Azure/AWS certifications) would be an advantage.

Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of Cloud Solutions, ERP Systems, Enterprise Applications, and Data Analytics.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies in Digital Transformation and Automation.

- Proficiency in solution architecture, integration patterns, and related technologies.

- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.

Functional Expertise:

- Ability to align technology solutions with business requirements, optimizing both technical and functional aspects of the solution.

- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and E-commerce.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to business challenges.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
