Solution Consultant/Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.

- Solution Design & Prioritization: Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and effective solutions.

- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide innovative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication with key stakeholders, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Project Management: Manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

- Testing Support: Partner with the QA team to ensure business requirements are reflected in the testing scope, supporting testing activities to guarantee a quality deliverable.

- Process Improvement: Stay updated with the latest business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices to contribute to process improvements and organizational growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar role.

- Strong expertise in business requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.

- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks and deliver innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects in Agile or Waterfall environments.
