Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective Kinaxis Rapid. Response solutions tailored to their needs.

- Implement, configure, and customize Kinaxis software to enhance the client's supply chain management processes.

- Conduct system integrations, data migrations, and provide post-implementation support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with the solution.

- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients on using Kinaxis software.

- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and assist in client presentations and proposals.

- Keep up-to-date with Kinaxis product updates and industry trends to ensure best practices are applied.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse, with a strong understanding of its modules and functionality.

- A solid background in supply chain management or related fields.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working directly with clients.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
