Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled O9 Solutions Functional Consultant to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing O9 Solutions, with a strong background in technology consulting.

- This role involves working closely with clients to design, configure, and implement O9's platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for O9's platform configuration and customization.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality and alignment with client requirements.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, empowering them to effectively utilize the O9 platform.

- Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client issues and optimize solution effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of O9 product updates and enhancements, recommending relevant upgrades to clients.

- Actively contribute to the development of O9's thought leadership and knowledge base.

- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Accenture and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant within the O9 Solutions network.

- Proven ability to deliver business value on-time and on-budget.

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.

- Familiarity with O9 Solutions platform or similar integrated planning solutions.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow a DMAIC process.

- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

- Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks.

- Ability to travel up to 75% based on customer requirements.
