1. Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, IT environments, and technical requirements.
- Present innovative solutions that challenge conventional approaches and align with clients' business objectives.
2. Solution Architecture and Design:
- Design and deliver tailored on-premises IT datacentre solutions, leveraging technologies from IBM, Nutanix, VMware, HPE, Lenovo, and similar vendors.
- Integrate components like servers, storage, networking, security, and backup into cohesive, high-performance solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency in all proposed solutions.
3. Value Proposition and Differentiation:
- Craft and articulate unique solution benefits that address client pain points and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Provide competitive analysis and highlight differentiators of proposed solutions to position the company as the preferred partner.
4. Sales Enablement:
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to qualify opportunities, prepare technical proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations and demos.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with customer requirements and sales goals.
5. Market Expertise and Advocacy:
- Stay updated on innovations and trends in on-premises IT infrastructure, including advancements by key vendors like IBM, Nutanix, VMware, HPE, and Lenovo.
- Use insights to educate customers and proactively address emerging challenges in IT environments.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer IT teams and senior stakeholders by demonstrating technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to help clients maximize the value of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- MBA-2025 with Technical qualification in graduation with keen interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication.
