Mindarray Systems - Presales Consultant (3-5 yrs)

- Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and customers to understand business and technical requirements.

- Conduct discovery calls and gather technical requirements to propose tailored solutions.

- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers and partners, both in person and virtually.

- Prepare solution-related documents, including Solution Architecture, Technical Proposals, Solution Presentations, SOWs, and H/W sizing BOMs.

- Address technical compliance queries, identify gaps, assess customization needs, and provide feasibility analyses with effort estimation.

- Set up and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as per customer requirements.

- Assist development teams in understanding requirements and defining the scope of work.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

- Collaborate with Product Management Groups (PMG) to share customer feedback and drive product improvements.

- Assist in developing sales strategies and enhancing product offerings by integrating third-party solutions where necessary.

- Document meeting outcomes (MoM) promptly after customer or partner interactions.
