Job Title- Pre-Sales Manager /Solution Consultant (Full Time / on BizAcuity payroll)
Job Mode - Onsite/Work from Office | Monday to Friday | Shift 1 (Morning)
Job Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad
Job Summary:
- The Pre-Sales Manager /Solution Consultant will play a critical role in the sales process by providing deep technical and business expertise to help our sales team win new business.
- This role involves understanding customer needs, creating tailored solutions, and effectively demonstrating product capabilities to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather detailed customer requirements.
- Provide consultative technical and business expertise to prospects and customers.
Solution Development:
- Design and propose tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with their business goals.
- Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects and customized demos.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries.
- Create technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
- Act as a technical advisor and advocate for customers during the sales process.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and product enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Post-Sales Transition:
- Assist in the transition of new customers to the implementation and support teams.
- Ensure a smooth handover and maintain customer satisfaction during the on-boarding process.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven track record of success in a pre-sales or technical sales support role.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
