Job Title : nCino (Salesforce) Developer.

Location : Hyderabad | Work from Office | Monday to Friday.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and motivated nCino (Salesforce) Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly within the nCino platform, to support and enhance the organization's banking and financial services solutions.

The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom nCino (Salesforce) applications, components, and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Customize and integrate nCino applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements.

- Implement and maintain automated business processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Perform data migration and integration tasks between Salesforce and third-party applications.

- Support user training and provide technical assistance to team members, ensuring seamless adoption of solutions.

- Collaborate on the implementation of best practices for code quality, version control, and release management.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and nCino features and updates, and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years of experience working with the nCino platform.

- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Deposit Account Opening, and other financial services solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, including version control, test-driven development, and deployment.

- Experience with data migration and integrations (e., using MuleSoft, ETL tools, or APIs).

- Understanding of the banking or financial services industry is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Developer Certification (PD1) or advanced certifications.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud.

- Knowledge of nCino configuration and customization.
