nCino Developer - Salesforce Platform (4-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

nCino & Salesforce Development :

- Develop, customize, and configure nCino applications within the Salesforce platform.

- Implement custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce pages, and SOQL/SOSL queries.

- Develop and maintain nCino-related workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.

- Integrate nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

System Optimization & Performance :

- Enhance existing nCino solutions to improve performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Testing & Deployment :

- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests.

- Deploy solutions using CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and change sets.

- Maintain proper version control and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with nCino.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, data modeling, and sharing rules.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, Git, and CI/CD tools.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, nCino Certified Developer, or Salesforce Administrator (preferred).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in banking, financial services, or lending domain.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

- Knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity), Einstein Analytics, or Tableau CRM.
