Technical Lead - Salesforce

Shift Timings : 6:30 AM IST onwards (Hybrid)

Work from office

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components

- Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions

- Lead technical design sessions and create solution documentation

- Manage complex system integrations and data migrations

- Oversee environment management and deployment processes

- Conduct code reviews and ensure platform best practices

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development team

Technical Skills :

- Advanced expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI, Vlocity, Onmi Studio)

- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimisation, Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE, and version control systems (Git/Bitbucket)

- Knowledge of middleware tools and back-office system integrations

- Preferably (Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning)

Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
