Salesforce OmniStudio Developer - Lightning Web Components (7-11 yrs)

Job Title : Salesforce Omnistudio Developer

Location : Bangalore

Employment Type : Full-Time

Notice Period : Immediate to serving NP of max 30 Days

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Salesforce Omnistudio, including Flexcards, Process Builders, and Flows.

- Develop and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom user interfaces and integrations.

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.

- Develop and maintain complex Apex code, including triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages.

- Utilize Salesforce Business Rules Engine to automate business processes.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

- Stay current with the latest Salesforce platform features and best practices.

- Work effectively within an Agile development environment.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Omnistudio, including Flexcards, Process Builders, and Flows.

- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

- Proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and Visualforce.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Case Management.

- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Consultant).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
