Salesforce Vlocity Developer (Omnichannel)

Location : Bangalore

Duration : 12+ Months Employment Type : Contract About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join our team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions utilizing Vlocity for CPQ, CLM, and Omnichannel.

- You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce Vlocity solutions, including CPQ, CLM, and Omnichannel.

- Develop custom Vlocity OmniScript flows, data rakes, and integrations.

- Customize and extend Vlocity components to meet specific business requirements.

- Integrate Vlocity with other Salesforce components (e.g, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

- Perform unit testing and integration testing of Vlocity solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Vlocity implementations.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Vlocity development.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its core components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).

- Extensive experience in implementing Vlocity CPQ, CLM, and Omnichannel solutions.

- Proven experience in developing and customizing Vlocity OmniScript flows, data rakes, and integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration technologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working in Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified Vlocity Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II)

- Experience with other Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
