Key skills for the job
Candidate Profile :
- 6+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce platform with deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Hands on experience on developing customized solution using the declarative tools such as Flows and programmatic tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component & LWC.
- Experience in designing complex solutions, handling web service API internal integrations with other internal and third-party systems and data modelling.
- Experience in managing development tasks and overseeing project delivery.
- Hands on experience of Omnistudio and Java script would be an added advantage.
- Nice to have experience/knowledge on the release management (migration, refreshes, version control and deployment) with tools like Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD etc.
- Working experience as technical lead for 1-2 SFDC projects would be an added advantage.
- Required certifications - Salesforce Admin, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Developer I and Salesforce Developer II.
- Preferred Certifications : Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and 2+ Specialization certifications for domain architect path are plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the stakeholders.
- Experience in providing technical guidance, resolving conflicts, and making critical decisions.
Role Expectations :
- Work closely with cross functional teams to understand project goals, define project scope, design the technical solution, and lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team ensuring alignment with the team goals and industry best practices.
- Lead the technical team by providing technical guidance and mentoring to the junior team members and ensuring that the technical solutions are aligned with business requirements and delivered according to the project timelines.
- Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, inspire team members through effective and timely feedback.
- Monitor the team throughout the project lifecycles ensuring effective task allocation, task management, prioritization, and risk management.
- Conduct code reviews, participate and coach peers in development cycle.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for project architecture and solutions designed for meeting project goals.
- Ensure adherence of the team to the overall project processes.
- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement : Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues to help improve operational efficiency.
- Report progress/issues to Project Lead/Manager regularly ensuring project TAT is met.
