Quality Assurance Lead - Generative AI Testing (7-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- 7+ Years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

- Leading a team of testers and being responsible for the quality of their work

- Overseeing and testing the execution of GenAI Testing projects to ensure quality and compliance from user perspective.

- Own the test strategy and planning as per the given requirements suiting varying business needs.

- Establish, document, and enhance QA processes and tools, nurture the team members on those processes.

- Define quality metrics to determine effectiveness, efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the project deliverables.

- Ready to explore new capabilities followed by POC testing, suggest best test approaches to the stakeholders/teams.

- Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.

- Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.

- Execute test cases under varying circumstances.

- Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts
