Data Scientist - NLP/LLM (5-7 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. NLP Implementation :

Employ and leverage NLP techniques and open-source LLMs to extract, process, and interpret unstructured medical data from various sources, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), medical notes, and laboratory reports.

2. Data Management :

Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights derived from NLP processes.

3. Collaboration :

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into existing systems and improve data analysis capabilities.

4. Research & Development :

Stay updated with the latest trends in NLP and machine learning, and contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and technologies used within the organization.

What We Are Looking For :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- NLP Experience : 4+ years of proven experience in NLP, with strong knowledge of techniques such as Named Entity Recognition (NER), text summarization, and topic modeling, particularly in healthcare applications.

- Machine Learning Knowledge : A solid foundation in machine learning concepts, including deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and text generation.

- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related libraries for model development and deployment.

- Cloud & Database Experience : Experience working with AWS cloud environments and managing large databases (e.g. , AWS Redshift).

- ML Lifecycle Management : Experience in managing the ML lifecycle using open-source tools such as MLflow
