While there are many positives, one challenge I sometimes encounter at ABC Design Solutions is the occasional pressure to meet tight deadlines, which can be stressful. However, effective teamwork and communication help alleviate these pressures and ensure successful outcomes.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
