Work over there for almost 9 Years and every year I was in the list of Top performers but after year 2015 the culture of organisation become very pethetic, Murge 2 Division and many of good employees were bond to leave the organisation.

I worked for at 4.5 year. Join as GET in Piramal Healthcare and within 3 months its become Abbott Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and after 1 year confirm as an executive. Scope for learning is there. And i learned a lot. First Utility and then Maintenance of plant equipment. Also. Baddi plant Work culture: 2010 to 2015 i found discrimination here. Although i worked very hard and learned quickly but treated ill and complaining as the few who joined as reference of some govt officials didn't get much pressure. Here i say managers are as usual as some other small pharma. They are biased and fruit oriented. Secondly. As all knows that management of Baddi plant has recognized Union but before that it's difficult to work as an Engineer.. As every small Issue is diverted to Machine for stopping Production activities. We feel very harassment during 4 years. Salary hike. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. We didn't get good increment as i join at very less salary but due to % based increment 10% is very less and all big increment goes to managers</mark>.. Thats true.. 4. Less documentation knowledge and false practices. Manager works since Piramal Healthcare and didn't get evaluated. And they use to hide or falsified data. I left Abbott due to these reasons.
