Likes

The team is great, and the learning opportunities have been good. I believe I've grown as a software engineer while working here. There is no micromanagement, and you can expect some flexibility when it comes to your needs.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Being an early-stage startup, having to work late is quite common.

Work Details

Work policy: Flexible based on what tasks you're working on. If you believe your tasks are clear and you don't need to co-ordinate with someone at the office, you can work from home.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
