The company is concerned about all the employees and their skill development.They have great training sessions and review meetings. The incentive structure is well graphed. If the company is satisfied with your performance your job security and growth is assured. Company headed with vision and perseverance.

Dislikes

Weekly offs are in the week days and not sure if weekends

Work Details

Work is related to primary and secondary sales in real Estate and it’s too much fun as you come across many people with whom you deal with and every deal teaches you something you never knew earlier. Work is fun and learnings are great.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
