Directly reporting to the Boss. Not to report to the Seniors or Managers and there is no boundaries to wander here n there, you can freely go here n there .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The company is not that much big its a garment company all the team members are very friendly I have join directly without any training job does not have the security and no growth also salary was too low and appraisal was not on yearly basis traveling also too much hectik too much of politics but i haven't involve I get too much of learning and there was no life balance.
