I have don't like Aagneya Advertising because office environment is so dirty kisi bhi employee ki chhoti se chhoti galati per GAALI dena wo b (MAA BEHAN KI GAALI) apni manmarzi se kaam karwana. Open time 9.30 but closing ka koi tym nhi (offer letter me 5.30 off tym h)late aane per salary cut kr dena but late night k koi paise nhi. Full on employee k sath HURESMENT hota h. Mjhe b office se nikala ek din k off lene pr next day office aya to mjhe gaaliya di or bag office k bahar rakh diya. DIRTY AGENCY AND VERY DIRTY BOSS BEHAVIOR....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
