There is nothing to like about this company. You can stay in this company for years only if you don't want any appraisal and tech skills growth.

Dislikes

We have a list of dislikes. 1. Poor Management- always ask you to stay 2 hours more than the actual shift without any OT. 2. Micromanagement. 3. No leave/ Holiday/sick leave- they ask you to come on holidays, never approve your leave and even make fun of you if you take one day of sick leave. 4. No appraisal- At the time of appraisal they say that they will think about it but you have to prove yourself (they mean you have to work 10 hours a day for 7 days for them). But the fact they will never give you any appraisal and at the end you have only one option to change the company. 5. No tech growth- they have only one application one which the entire company works. the same old flow. 6. No additional benefits. (agr bas chle to salary bhi na de).
