As the job position suggests it's my own company and only difficulty I have faced is liquid funds as you tend to give max credit in distribution although I started with cash and carry but people when they get opportunity to get credit they tend to ditch you

In case of any doubt definitely seniors will help you but you have to show them what you already done to overcome the problem.
