Dislikes

Location is outside city limits. Although company provides pick and drop cab facility, it gets too hectic to travel around 100 kms everyday.

Teammates are good but a lot of conversation happens in regional language, have not undergone any training was pulled out of the orientation midway for regular work, career growth is redundant unless you are a Shark, travel is hectic, the company expects to work on alternate Saturdays, politics thrives, the work environment is physically & mentally exhausting & there is no work-life balance.

Dislikes

No Top-down approach, Teams work in silos. ERP is very basic and most work is done manually. Growth potential is limited. Management is very rigid to ideas and investments for improvements of overall operational betterment. Aggressive work environment. Work is purely manual & systems are a showpiece. ERP is very basic. Work is completely in excel. Occasionally one would need to fight to get his work done at various levels of Organization and involves a lot of manual movement
