Aosmith HO office in Bangalore is very good work environment and HR Is very good. But sad part is in West Bengal there is very very very much politics and partially in ground level. Mr. Surendra nath Bhatak (Sales Execuitive)is not at all a good person or good collegue and not fitt for any organisation. Only his job is to butteringto RM and BM . RM /BM not only blindly believe on him. He is the only person wB not growing as a team. Or WB buisness could be better but he is the main reason for WB attrition. Teammates are good but a lot of conversation happens in regional language, have not undergone any training was pulled out of the orientation midway for regular work, career growth is redundant unless you are a Shark, travel is hectic, the company expects to work on alternate Saturdays, politics thrives, the work environment is physically & mentally exhausting & there is no work-life balance.
