Likes

A & A Consulting Engineer have good company for freshers. Work Culture is good. Lots of work are going in the different field like PMGSY, MMGSY, PHED Etc.

Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Company is good, but Salry and self growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have deal diffrent clients in one time. I have work 14 -15 hours straight in a day.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging. So many times traveling are hectic for me, but it's ok i will be a great learning experience from the work.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
