Definitely this company is not recommended to anybody who has no guts to face the horrible manager over there. He doesn't know to interact with employees. If you are joining there for testing team then definitely don't join here.

Dislikes

I dislike everything there. 1.It's a product based company and you have to start working on the project without knowing it. 2.Nobody is ready to share the knowledge on product 3.Few employees are only namesake 4.The one who are contributing should work more than 9 hours 5.During release time you have to work 24hours 6.Even though you are in testing team you have to update developer status 7.Horrible work-life balance....Read More

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
