They do not provide salary on time....They hire experience person but treat them like they don't know anything...The founder and co founder live in their la la land and know nothing about business and how to run it..... As the founder say that company has completed one year but didn't get any business...They are playing with employees life....Never join this company as they barely have 10 employees and they cry for everything like leave, salary, overtime, everything.......Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
