99 Year Deals - Chartered Accountant (1-9 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of company incorporation.

- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.

- GST Filing (GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B).

- TDS Filing.

- Income Tax Filings (ITR 1 to ITR 7).

- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.

- Maintaining accurate financial records.

- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

- Bank reconciliation.

- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.

- Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.

- Filing of corporate tax returns.

- Experience in providing financial advice.

- Reconcile income statements.

- Prepare monthly financial reports.

- Prepare tax returns.

- Drafting legal documents

Job Requirements:

- Very good written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.

- Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.

- Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options, and build commitment to solutions.

- Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.

- Strong and proven analytical skills.

- Strong experience on Tally or similar accounting Software.
