If this is your first job you will learn so much in this company. I found the company was very open in terms of clients interactions as compared to others. Everyone will let you feel comfortable with them and provide you with the genuine feedback for improvement. People there were very talented in there work.

Dislikes

Compensation was not up to the industry standards. Very low appraisals even if you work 3x compared to others. Job Security & Work Pressure was not good even. Even though it is an IT company still we need to work 6 days a week. On Sundays you will required to come to finish client work. Don't expect any compensation for Sundays. I joined as web designer when they were working as freelance but after some time i learned web Development. There is so much to learn in the company, that you will wear many hats.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
