The gym members are very classy and well behaved. Never made me feel uncomfortable. The members treated the staff very well.

Dislikes

It is a terrible place to work at. The management is not at all employee friendly. No public holidays are allowed. There is no basic hygiene for the employees. No proper place to eat food. We used to eat on the staircase behind gym besides the dustbin. There was no female resting place in case of long work hours. The senior of nutrition at the moment was taking zero initiative to teach. The learning opportunities were as good as zero. I can go on listing. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
