I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. The Only Like is there working is that I had left that work happily living.

Dislikes

I can't be polite, need to be vocal. No Extra Work Benefit. Usually had to work every day beyond time without a single paisa Offered me 10,000 INR but recieved 8500 INR don't know where the rest is. My Salary was 15000 INR according to company norms but offered me less. No Clear conscience of Engineering.

Company is open to innovation And readily adopts latest technology. Company is reliable to its work with good quality. The Work culture with co-staff is also viable.
