Likes

It's very good place to work, company provides regular training to improve your skills. Also add various products in his products basket recently we join with L&T automation products.

Dislikes

It is not a private Ltd company so some limitations in growth & facilities as per company rules.

Work Details

I am work as a Sales Executive from last three years. 3a industrial automation is authorized partner for Danfoss make AC drive. I am taking care for Danfoss AC drive sales as well as other automation /instrumentation /electrical /automation panel enquiry.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
