Company staff talk about target and target achievement, don't really bother about the impact it has on internal customer/employees. Employees are penalized for not adhering to process, however the organization frequently does not adhere to its own process & they feel its an error. The management is barely transparent. Company policies are alright but far from what other MNCs offer their employees and the HR hasn't been very employee centric just goes by what Ops has to offer. However for higher authorities they have separate floor with all good coffee and tea bags with quality snacks. Old and uncomfortable chairs with dust on chairs sometimes and even on keyboard and mouses. Most systems don't have proper screws placed in or with damaged system handles. Employees struggle with finding working headsets and even sometimes fully functional keyboard and mouse. No mouse pads provided and no camera works inside so anyone can steal your mouse pads and get away with it. Medical claim is a joke. Never claimed as the person only will not be there the time we go.
