Company staff talk about target and target achievement, don't really bother about the impact it has on internal customer/employees. Employees are penalized for not adhering to process, however the organization frequently does not adhere to its own process & they feel its an error. Take a wise decision before considering a job offer from the company.

Dislikes

They do not treat employees like human beings, I think they should develop a few robots and start working with them. They do not need human being.

Work life balance can be maintained pretty well. You get fair amount of learning opportunities with regards to Leadership and Technical areas.

Dislikes

The leadership don't know the exact outcome they want to achieve. Hence there is lot of re-work happening on every front which leads to employee dissatisfaction. Payscale is low compared to market standards.

Work Details

It's monotonous topped with lot of re-work which does not provide job satisfaction. Leadership tend to change decisions frequently without knowing the exact goals they want to achieve impacting team and individual performance. Attrition is super high.
