The company is very good for freshers. High job security.

The management is very bad. Had to email several times to get a work done. No career growth. Slow salary growth. I colleague of mine has been working for 6 years and still he is an agent. Get into the company, take 1-2 years of experience and switch company.

Very bad. Cannot give time to my family. Just come from office, sleep, get up, have food and go to office, life will become limited to this schedule only.
