They provide weekly off that's the only good part about this organisation. Other than that, they even ask you to work on those weekly offs so, ultimately nothing is good.
The Higher management don't even care about their employees. The company's MD don't even bother to talk to his employees and even HR. They abuse your rights to express.

I worked in Network department in New Delhi, seniors are gossipers and practice politics,they torture you to the extent that you are forced to resign, Shrutika ( The senior Associate in network), she doesn't make your learn being senior,give all her work to you so that she can simply rest and takes credit on all the work done by you . No skill development/ Learning and work life balance Too much Office politics. Planning, plotting and acting which goes into terminating employees is commendable. If the same efforts were taken to deliver the projects, company would be in a better state. MD has absolutely no clue on what is happening. Pathetic state of affairs. No job security. You can be terminated any day of the week without any valid reason. This not based on your performance or productivity and just because of personal grudges. There should be no place for this in corporate. Don't expect increment. They can always hire new people at the same pay. So terminating them just when they are about to get an increment is the smartest move. But this is completely unethical and shows the short term vision of the company. Groupism is much prevalent and this group tends to disrespect other employees and doesn't do any actual work. But no action will be taken as they are the 'favourites'. - Fast paced work environment - Lot of learning - Few talented and energetic undergrad professionals - Good PE/ VC clients - Quarterly parties (which half of them hate going)
- Work culture so bad that they were not able to get GPTW certification - Carve-out was very abrupt and confusing for the senior folks as well. They don't have an answer for most of the questions - Poor P&A policy. Team can get penalized but if the TL can be promoted. - Unprofessional language used by founders and some senior folks.They speak as if the employees/ juniors are treated very disrespectfully - Limited support for the analytical tools. With a great difficulty, they were able to upgrade office 365 license - No dedicated tech team - HR department doesn't have spine.
