Reasonable compensation and above average work life balance.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

No proper line of command, less structured management, and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Nobody have any specific job but all are responsible for everything. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Skill development - Poor

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
