Responsibilities-

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Job boards, social media, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications-

• Graduation is a must.
• Freshers/Experienced
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
