Job Description

  • End-to-End Recruitment:
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and role specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters, salary negotiation, and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to joining.
  • Onboarding:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience from offer acceptance to their first day.
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks, document verification, and legal formalities are completed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for IT setup, access permissions, and workspace arrangements.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and introduce them to the company culture, policies, and processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
  • Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and talent pipeline requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies based on current market trends.
  • Help implement best practices in recruitment and onboarding to ensure the company's hiring process is efficient, inclusive, and compliant.
  • Talent Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive hiring practices, trends, and compensation benchmarks in the electrical power transmission and distribution industry.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes, strategies, and candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the company.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities to raise awareness of job opportunities.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity, candidate status, and onboarding progress.
  • Provide regular recruitment performance reports to HR and senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
