Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This is the worst company ever. I have never been traumatised with the work ethic here. Long hours of work and they expect you to bring sales within the first few weeks of joining and training. They make you doubt your abilities and don’t give you a fair chance to perform. Unhealthy work environment. You honestly feel so burnt out and overworked.
